21st Century Cures Publishes Draft Proposals for Innovation Reform

The 21st Century Cures Initiative from the House Energy and Commerce Committee has published a discussion document outlining the content of proposals that may appear in legislation later this year.  The document proposes new ways to involve patients in the FDA’s regulatory process, and creates incentives for data sharing and research into complex diseases.  You can find the outline bill and discussion documents here:
