This session will focus on an important aspect of management: feedback. This workshop will address the important principles in giving and receiving feedback and how this can help maximize your mentor/mentee relationships.

Session 4: IDP Workshop

Dr. Catherine Dubreuil, PhD. Director of Training and Education, HiTS

This session will begin with a brief introduction to the IDP, how to best use this tool, and how to set SMART goals. Students and postdocs will work in small groups to discuss skills acquisition, IDP best practices and implementation, current IDP content, and potential additions to the IDP.
